You are receiving this bulletin because you may have purchased a hand dryer that may be subject to service or recall regarding a possible safety issue with certain models. This announcement is only for dryer models HO-BL, HO-BL8, HO-BLV, SHDLPB1W, SHDLPB2W and SHDLPB8W.
Not all models are affected, only those within the serial number ranges:
STL05828 – STL28654 and GST1635 – GST3988.
What to do?
Please check your stock to see if any of the involved product is still in inventory. If so, please quarantine the material until the correction can be made. Then download the Service Bulletin below and fill out page 2. You can fax your completed response form to 1-413-525-2853 or e-mail it to [email protected].
Additionally, please identify and notify the customer(s) who may have received this product from you or provide a list of customers so that we may notify them.
If you do not have any affected dryers and have not sold any, please fill out information on the Confirmation Form and check appropriate boxes. You may also complete the form and fax to 1-413-525-2853 or e-mail it to [email protected].

Vous recevez ce bulletin parce que vous avez fait l’acquisition d’ un sèche-mains qui peut être sujet à un entretien ou un rappel, en lien avec un problème de sécurité détecté dans certains modèles. Cette annonce concerne uniquement les modèles HO-BL, HO-BL8, HO-BLV, SHDLPB1W, SHDLPB2W et SHDLPB8W.
Ce ne sont pas tous les modèles qui sont affectés, seulement ceux ayant un numéro de série à l’intérieur des plages de numérotations suivantes STL05828 à STL28654 and GST1635 à GST3988.
Que faire?
Veuillez contrôler votre stock pour voir si l’appareil concerné s’y trouve encore. Si c’est le cas, veuillez mettre cet appareil de côté jusqu’à ce que la correction soit effectuée. Ensuite, complétez et envoyez le bulletin de service ci-dessous. De plus, veuillez identifier les clients à qui vous avez pu envoyer ce produit et les informer du problème ou nous envoyer la liste de leurs noms pour que nous les en informions. Si vous n’avez pas de sèche-linge concerné et que vous n’en avez pas vendu, veuillez remplir le formulaire de confirmation et cocher la case appropriée.
